Crew Leader

We are seeking experienced builders with strong leadership skills to manage deck construction projects from start to finish. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing project work, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and communicating professionally with clients. Key requirements include:

• Experience in deck building and construction
• Ability to read blueprints and order materials
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working on ladders, rooftops, and elevated decks
• A truck and power tools (required)

Carpenter Apprentice

This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. No prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in basic to intermediate carpentry, framing, trim work, and even some electrical skills. Requirements include:

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (a plus)
• Comfort working on ladders, rooftops, and elevated decks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Having a truck and tools is a plus

Subcontractors/Contractors

We are also seeking skilled subcontractors to partner with us on high-end outdoor projects. If you’re a contractor with proven experience in deck building and outdoor construction, we’d like to work with you. Key requirements include:

• Experience in deck building and outdoor construction
• Proper licensing, insurance, and ability to meet code requirements
• Reliable transportation and tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality craftsmanship

What We Offer

• Crew Leaders and Subcontractors: Compensation based on experience and job percentage
• Carpenter Apprentices: $15–$18 per hour
